ICOHA is the only educational organization in the USA to bring you an accredited college program in Energy Kinesiology. Our curriculum is the highest educational standard in kinesiology in the world, and exceeds all licensing requirements worldwide.

Presently the USA is greatly under served by Professional Kinesiologists, and these programs will help bridge the gap between consumer demand and availability of qualified practitioners.

The ICPKP Certification Programs teach not only a wealth of Kinesiology techniques for you to become a practitioner, but also includes opportunities for personal development and growth.

COLLEGE PROGRAM OFFERINGS

The complete ICPKP Professional Training Program provides approximately 3800 hours of learning and is the most comprehensive, student-centered training available in Kinesiology worldwide.  The in-depth program blends theoretical study and practical experience, enabling students of all ages and backgrounds to learn Kinesiology and become highly skilled and sought-after practitioners.

  • Basic Kinesiology Practice - This program gives you a solid foundation in kinesiology on which you can build the skills needed to become a professional practitioner.  The workshops are designed to be fun, easy, and progressively add to your skills.

    BKP is beneficial for everyone - for professionals who desire to add techniques to their existing skill-sets; students looking for a career direction; parents desiring to learn a program while their children are at school; people looking for a career change; those wanting to develop a business of their own; or to simply learn tools to use for your own health and wellness.

  • Professional Diploma- Upon successful completion of the BKP program Students may then continue on into the professional diploma program.  This program typically takes 2 years of study to complete.  Emphasis is on promoting physical health and lifestyle issues.

  • Advanced Diploma - Upon successful completion of the Professional Diploma students may then continue on with an additional 2 years of study to complete with the emphasis being Energy Psychology techniques to help with Emotional, Mental and Spiritual stress.

  • Distance commuter programs - These programs are set up for those who have to commute great distances to get to class.  This program has you flying in only once every 2 months which cuts down greatly on travel expenses.  Set up at retreat centers around major airports allows for easy commute and enjoyable stay..

  • Enter with Advanced Standing - Students who have completed Touch for Health 4 or the old any of the old modular PKP system can get advanced standing to attend ICPKP college programs.

  • Conversion Program - Old modular PKP to BKP College Certificate - If you have completed old modular PKP 2 this program allows you to both review your material and get a college certificate for your efforts. The classroom time is only 1 week and at a greatly discounted tuition.

Students enrolled in any ICPKP program through the International College of Healing Arts will have access to forums and help from ICPKP’s interactive web site www.icpkp.com.  In addition, students can easily transfer between colleges (and countries) with the agreement of both colleges. The PKP Certification Program can not be taken remotely via the internet.  Students must enroll with an accredited college and attend classes.

 

PKP Course Curriculum

The course work begins with BKP then continues with courses divided into the following categories:

A&P (anatomy and physiology) A&P is the anatomy and physiology section of Kinesiology.

EMS (emotional spiritual) Here we explore the emotional and spiritual issues that each one of us faces daily and find new choices and healthy options.

PIB (performance integrated behaviors) In this section of study we look at the way we perform, how well we are integrated and our instinctual behaviors.

OCT (other complementary therapies) This section covers areas that are common to many natural therapies; for example, cultural sensitivity in a professional health practice.

JAF (joints and flexibility) How are joints, adrenals and flexibility related? Here is where we explore these relationships.

ECO (personal ecology) Represents the Personal Ecology side of life or the way we interface with our environment and things like nutrition and exercise enhancement.

BFR (business, finance and records) Business, finance and records is a third level unit, not because it is hard but because we don't need it until we are nearing the time when we move into a clinic.

VEF (vibrational energy fields) The area where we look at Flower Essences and other metaphysical issues.

MHP (meridians and holographic perception) Where we look at meridians and holographic perception.

BVL (blood, viscera and lymph) The area related to blood, viscera and lymph.

PDG (pelvic diaphragm and girdle) The pelvic diaphragm and pelvic girdle are areas with the potential to cause pain and distress. We explore physical and metaphysical aspects.

RBT (regional body trigger points) This where we look at the regional body trigger points.

HMR (hypertonic muscle release) The study of hypertonic muscle release can enable us to help athletes who have muscles that do not release when they need to.

MST (Muscles, skin and tissues) Muscles, skin and other tissues are the area we look at here. We learn how to work with shoulders, wrists, knees and other areas where muscles ache.
