Our students are a diverse group of open minded adult learners who are seeking to take control of their lives by starting out in a new career, or adding in other skills to their existing career's.

  • Average age is 40's
  • Our youngest student thus far has been 25 . . . up to our most experienced student who started our program when she was a spry 63, went to Australia for Faculty training at 66 and is still going strong with continuing her coursework towards her professional diploma!

Sex:

  • Females predominate with female to male ratio of 3:1

 

Educational  Backgrounds:

  • immigrants with no high school diploma . . . to post-doctoral training
  • Additionally students who were unable to cope with didactic ("Sit & Stay") learning at other colleges and dropped out have thrived at our college because of our extensive use of Hands-On Experiential Learning ("Away & Play").

Work/Life Experiences

50% of our students are licensed health-care professionals before entering our program

This diversity also shows the unique nature of our college, the academic integrity and strength of our material and the quality of our faculty to deliver the educational product to the students in a format they all can use.

Our teaching styles has all of these people working side by side in the same classroom as equals, everyone sharing their prior knowledge and experiences and pooling their resources to make it better for everyone involved.
